Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days. If it has been 30 days since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Various types of goods are exempt from return. Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers and magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept personal or hygienic products, products containing hazardous substances or flammable liquids or gases.

Gift Cards
Downloadable software products
Some health and personal care products

We need your receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.

Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are given:

Book with clear signs of use
Opened CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, tape or vinyl record.
Any items that are not in their original condition, are damaged or missing parts due to reasons not caused by our error.
Any items returned after 30 days of delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email acknowledging that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund has been approved or denied.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain period of time.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company; It may take some time for your refund to be officially issued.

Then contact your bank. There is usually some processing time before the refund is issued.

Discounted products

Only regular priced items can be returned. Discounted products cannot be returned.

Stock Exchanges

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the amount you returned. A gift certificate will be sent to you upon receipt of the returned product.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver sent the order to them to give to you at a later time, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will notify you about your refund.

Shipping refunds

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs when you return your product. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your replacement product to arrive may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the product you return.
