Akyaka does not currently organize buggy safari tours starting from the town center. Most guests who choose Akyaka for their vacation prefer Marmaris for daily tours. As the distance between Marmaris and Akyaka is approximately 25 km, many vacationers and participants can easily join the buggy safari tour by using public transportation or their own vehicles to come to our central office in Marmaris. You can leave your car in the parking spaces around our office and join the Akyaka buggy safari tour.
The buggy safari tour is organized four times a day: 10:00, 12:00, 14:00, and 16:00. With a total duration of 3 hours, the Akyaka buggy safari tour offers an enjoyable experience where you can drive your own buggy and gain a different off-road driving experience. The Akyaka Buggy safari tour organized in Marmaris allows you to plan for either one person per vehicle or two people sharing one vehicle for this personal activity lasting 3 hours.
Is Akyaka Buggy Safari Dangerous?
Buggy safari is not inherently dangerous, but participants can make the activity risky. Drivers who exceed the speed limits, make sudden steering movements, and perform dangerous maneuvers can put themselves in risky positions and often end up in accidents. Participants who usually lack motorcycle experience but gain confidence during the safari tend not to listen to our staff. In such cases, to prevent risks for other participants and themselves, our staff separates these participants from the group.
Additional Information
- The session start times consist of 4 different hours. These hours are also the pick-up times from the hotel. Sessions: 10:00 / 12:00 / 14:00 / 16:00.
- The activity lasts a total of 3 hours, including 1 hour 15 minutes to 1 hour 30 minutes of buggy driving. The remaining time includes transfer, information gathering, preparation, etc.
- Buggy vehicles are designed for 2 people. The seating arrangement is side by side, similar to cars. Akyaka Buggy safari prices are calculated per vehicle. Whether you use 1 vehicle for 1 person or share 1 vehicle for 2 people does not affect the price.
- Guests joining from outside the city for a day are invited to our office on the morning of the tour. We assist you in parking your car at our office.

Contents of the Holiday Package
The buggy safari tour includes a 1.5-hour off-road driving experience. In the first 45 minutes, there is a free drive in convoy on mountain roads, climbing hills, and crossing rivers.
In the second stage, for 45 minutes, you navigate through jump ramps, mud pools, tunnel ramps – in short, our special track. After a 10-minute break, we take you to special tracks where you continue driving.
After approximately 1.30 hours of driving, we regroup and return to the starting point with the guidance of the instructor. From there, our shuttles take you back to our office.
